I haven't been online a lot lately. The holiday was pretty crazy--but fun, too. I got to visit Dori at her family's farm in California, along with Nico and Julian. Did you know Dori's grandpa is a mutant too? Like Dori, only with an affinity with bunnies rabbits instead of squirrels. We ended up going to a hospital so Julian could say goodbye to an old friend. I'll admit, it reminded me a lot of when mom was dying. And dad, too. I was pretty much freaking out.

Then we ran into these other mutants, some of Julian's old mates. They were certainly up to no good, so we followed them to the shopping mall, and Nico used her magic to help locate them. It turns out they were involved in the middle of a drug deal, but Dori was able to interrupt them with the help of Monkey Joe and at least 50 other squirrels. Giant, mutant squirrels, with the help of Nico's staff. I ended up using my dust, too. I didn't mean to, but it just happened, and it might have helped us escape. Anyway, no one got hurt.

Wow. So that was my Hollywood movie moment.

Then I just sort of did nothing until school started again.
