April 8 Eclipse

Looks like we will have 91% totality with darkening of the sky beginning at 2:10pm on April 8. It will reach maximum eclipse coverage at 3:25pm.
I see eclipses as a reminder of the wonder of the universe, and a bit magical in the battle between sun and moon. Remember to use proper eye protection when viewing!

We're in a pretty good spot. I think even 91% totality will be amazing to see!

Me too! I got some free ones from the public library and I decorated the cardboard rims.

There might be several packs in the kitchen. 😇 Other vaguely space themed snacks too. Astronaut ice cream, freeze dried fruit, moon cheese, star crunch, moon pies, etc.
