Hello New York!

Hi, I'm Megan Gwyn. I'm from Wales and I'll be living and attending classes here in New York at Professor X's school.
Umm... a bit about me... I like drawing, shoes... actually I mostly customize my own shoes by getting white ones and doodling on them with fabric markers. I'm not very good at people or faces, but I do lots of detailed design-type things.
My hair really is bright pink, which is OK because I don't have to look at it too often. I really like black and purple. I don't think I'm really that girly, so don't be scared off! I hate chick flicks. I don't really like shopping. 
I like all kinds of music, including some pop-type stuff but I mostly listen to punk, rock and alternative. I have  loads of files if anyone wants to swap music!

I like you already. There's 2 good music stores in Westchester over by the college and about, oh 80,000 of them in NYC. Seriously they show up like mushrooms. Also go away about that fast too, which sucks because it means I always have to go FIND them instead of just having like a MAP.

Really? A search for mysterious independent music stores sounds like an adventure! I would love to go on a quest sometime.
